Show vehicle registration is Non refundable and non- transferable. We will email your payment confirmation for payment verification to the email address you provide at checkout. Payment confirmation email is sent instantly from "Square" upon completed payment. If you do not receive your payment confirmation email contact us to resolve the issue. You must present your payment confirmation at the event upon entry to our event staff for entry.

Pricing for Car/Truck/ Bike:

$50 Online Show Vehicle Registration opens July 1st, 2023, expires when all available 1,000 vehicle spaces are filled or November 17, 2023. 

Includes admittance in show vehicle display area with judging for awards for 1 vehicle and 1 weekend tent camping pass for driver. All additional passengers must each purchase spectator weekend pass upon arrival to event.

We will not have the ability to add Day of Show Vehicle Registration.

Registered show vehicle arrival times:

Friday December 1st 8am- 8pm. 

Saturday December 2nd 8am- 8pm.

Sunday December 3rd 8am- 2pm.

$20 Golf cart entry:

Golf cart entry is only offered upon entry during event times at the event, does not include a pass for the driver and must be operated by a licensed adult. All other vehicles must register. No mini bikes/ 3 wheelers/ 4 wheelers/ atvs/ tractors/ watercraft

$20 Spectator Weekend pass:

Includes admittance in vehicle display and vendor areas during the following times:

Friday 8am- 5pm, Saturday 8am- 5pm and Sunday 8am- 4pm. 

Does not include vehicle admittance in vehicle display or vendor areas or overnight or tent camping.

Spectator arrival times:

Friday December 2nd 8am- 5pm

Saturday December 3rd 8am- 5pm

Awards ceremony starts at 2pm on Sunday December 5th.​
