Turkey Drag is an Annual 3 day Car, Truck and Bike show in Lone Oak, TX at Wind Point Park. The event began in 2005 in Tyler, TX on a 12 acre property were it remained for its first 10 years. In 2015 Turkey Drag relocated 25 miles North to Hawkins, TX to the 17 acre Lake Hawkins RV Park. The event made the shift from a 2 day non camping show to a 3 day camping show with the move to Hawkins, TX and increased in size to require yet another location change. In 2016 Turkey Drag relocated 55 Miles North West to Wind Point Park, a 180 acre private RV park and resort. Turkey Drag is open to all makes, models and years of automobiles as well as vehicle owners and fans of all varieties. The name Turkey Drag was made the event title due to it being the first full weekend in December which is one week following Thanksgiving- Turkey Day as it is commonly referred to.
